Corporate Partnerships
Ocean Conservation
Sustainabelle partnered with an NGO managing over 2 million hectares of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) across Indonesia, the Philippines, and Tanzania, to develop and structure a corporate fundraising strategy.
The organisation combines long-term marine conservation mandates with the development of “Reef Positive Businesses”, social enterprises designed to generate sustainable income streams for conservation areas. As the organisation expanded rapidly, it aimed to diversify funding sources and build a more structured approach to engaging corporate partners.
Sustainabelle was engaged to help position the organisation effectively within the corporate sustainability landscape and translate its conservation model into a compelling and accessible value proposition for brands and private sector stakeholders.
Sustainabelle worked closely with the organisations leadership and fundraising team to:
• Refine and strengthen the corporate pitch materials and value proposition
• Develop a clear business development (BD) funnel and outreach strategy
• Advise on collective engagement models to attract forward-thinking corporate sustainability leaders
• Provide strategic guidance on partnership structuring to make engagement simpler and more decision-ready for brands
Through this collaboration, the organisation developed a clearer and more targeted corporate engagement strategy, supported by a structured framework for approaching luxury and sustainability-focused brands. The organisation refined the positioning of its conservation model, impact metrics, and long-term financial sustainability narrative. As a result, the organisation strengthened its readiness to engage corporate partners with well-defined partnership asks, clearer impact reporting, and messaging aligned with corporate sustainability priorities.
