At The Fashion Pact, a global, CEO-led initiative, she worked directly with top executives and their teams to drive impactful sustainability programs across the fashion industry. Now, as a consultant, Kristen focuses on onboarding design teams and the broader organization to embed sustainability into their supply chains and operational strategies.

Currently based in Paris, Kristen’s European experience has further enriched her global outlook, enabling her to collaborate across geographies and sectors with a focus on innovation, circularity, and reducing material waste.
