Magdalena Schaffrin is a prominent figure in the field of sustainable fashion. She is the co-founder and co-CEO of studio MM04, a leading creative agency specializing in strategic consulting and communication development with a consistent focus on fashion aesthetics and holistic sustainability for fashion industry players. She is also co-founder of VORN – The Berlin Fashion Hub and an organizer of 202030 – The Berlin Fashion Summit.
Magdalena's expertise covers legislation, including the European Textile Strategy, creative direction, event organization and impactful communication. During her professorship at BSP Business & Law School, she taught in the Sustainable Fashion Department. As an experienced international speaker, she has shared her insights at events hosted by organizations such as BMZ, the British Fashion Council and the Goethe Institute, strengthening her global influence.

As Co-Founder and Creative Director of NEONYT Global Hub for Fashion, Sustainability, and Innovation (formerly Greenshowroom and Ethical Fashion Show Berlin), she built the largest trade fair for sustainable fashion by redefining the event's concept and a strict curation. In the field of activism, Magdalena is co-founder of Future Fashion Forward e.V., which promotes responsible consumption and ethical practices in the fashion industry.
