The Innovation Insider is designed for early-stage start-ups building • Sustainable and Next Gen materials • Circular fashion solutions • Fashion tech and traceability solutions It is best suited for startups that already have a validated concept or prototype and are preparing for brand partnerships, pilots, or fundraising.

You should have: • A defined innovation or product • Initial validation (lab validation, prototype, early traction, or early customers) • Clear ambition to scale within the fashion ecosystem This is not an idea-stage incubator. It is a commercialization accelerator.

This programme focuses specifically on commercialization architecture within sustainable fashion. It is designed from years of work and direct conversations with innovators, brands, suppliers, and investors.

Participants should expect approximately: • 2-3 hours per week of structured content • Additional time to apply frameworks to their business Built with entrepreneurs in mind, the programme is flexible and manageable alongside the realities of day-to-day business operations.

Each cohort has limited available spaces to ensure depth in the online sessions and high-quality interactions.

€250 per module or €2,000 for the full 8-week programme. An early bird rate of €1,500 is available for applications confirmed by 10th March. Payment plans may be discussed upon request.
